Keto Life For Me
Good morning y'all. After many failed attempts at "dieting" I began to research some way to make all this fat I collected over the years FALL OFF. Like many people say, putting it on is so much easier than taking it off. I looked to friends, (and of course the internet) and really began researching the Keto Lifestyle (or way of eating). Basically, Keto is a HIGH FAT, moderate protein, and LOW CARB way of eating. Being a carb LOVER - give me all that rice, pasta and potatoes - I wasn't sure how well I could do this. But, I had seen the results on personal friends, seen results on "internet randoms" and done as much research as I think I could do and jumped in with BOTH feet.
